Group Therapy

In group therapy, you’ll meet with others who share similar experiences. Guided by a licensed therapist, these sessions provide connection, support, and tools to help you grow while knowing you’re not alone.

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

ARMHS assists adults with mental illness in developing everyday skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, social interaction, and symptom management. These services are available to adults who qualify for Medical Assistance (MA).

Housing Stabilization Services (HSS)

Housing Stabilization is a Medical Assistance (MA) benefit that helps individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions find and maintain stable housing. Services include support with housing searches, applications, landlord communication, and ongoing assistance.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is an evidence-based therapy that teaches practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and handling stress. It combines individual therapy and group skills training to provide strong tools for everyday life.
